*Only users added through AD Sync or Uploaded through a .csv file will trigger the event to enrol them in training

Navigate to Real-time Integrations - Real-time Response Events in the left hand menu on the dashboard.

Click Create a Realtime Response Event.

In the drop down menu for Trigger Type, select User_Creation and click Save

The Real-time Response Event has been created.

To edit this click on the dropdown arrow beside the Details button and select Action List.

 The next step is to click on Create Realtime Response Action

Make sure Action Type is set to Training

Action Level will be always Trigger Only Once

Select your desired training/policies from the dropdown Training topics/training courses, add a training campaign name and click Save Event Action.

Repeat this step to add more mandatory training or policies.
