Priority 1 - User imports are not processing correctly


We are currently experiencing an issue with Active Directory(AD) Synchronization and Bulk user import, where users are not being added or updated. You will be able to add/update users manually.


Should you attempt to import user via AD Sync or Bulk Import, these users will not be added to the system.


Our development team is currently investigating the issue and we will provide an update as soon as possible.
