Trust-listing in CensorNet


Trust-listing is an essential requirement for the successful implementation and usage of the SafeTitan Platform. All SafeTitan clients MUST trust-list our mail server(s) to allow the successful delivery of Mock Phishing and Training emails. This is a requirement for all mail service providers.


Trust-listing in SpamTitan is achieved by adding the SafeTitan IPs and domains.


Applying the following rules should allow SafeTitan’s simulated phishing emails to arrive in the target inboxes. Emails containing attachments should also be catered for based on these policies.


Procedure:


Adding our Domains to your Safe List:

 

  1. Navigate to Email Security.
     
  2. Select Spam Safe List.

 

  1. From the Select Mailbox drop down select Global.

 

  1. From here you will click Add and enter the first domain from the list below.
     
  2. Click Update.

  3. Repeat steps 4 & 5 to add all the remaining domains listed below:

  • e-compliants.com
  • e-faax.com
  • eonline-shopping.com
  • e-outlook-online.com
  • e-owa.com

Note: CensorNet hosts several default rules,  one of these rules is set to allow emails from all domains listed in your Safe List

(Default) SWL Safe List

Completes a RBL lookup on the Safe List and if listed on whitelist then subtracts 100 from spam score.
