Trust-listing in Eset
In order to ensure your users can get to the endpoints of your phishing simulations - thereby allowing the viewing of both Feedback Messages and Phishing Forms - you will need set our domains as allowed endpoints within Eset.
Steps
- Click Setup → Internet protection.
- Next to Antispam protection, click the gear icon
and select User's Whitelist.
- Click Add. In the Email address field, type the domain that you want to add to the Whitelist. In the Name field, type SafeTitan.
- Turn On Whole domain
- Click OK > OK to finish
- Repeat step 4 for each of the domains listed below
