Trust-listing in Eset

In order to ensure your users can get to the endpoints of your phishing simulations - thereby allowing the viewing of both Feedback Messages and Phishing Forms -  you will need set our domains as allowed endpoints within Eset.


Steps

  1. Open the main program window of your ESET Windows product.

  2. Click Setup → Internet protection.



  3. Next to Antispam protection, click the gear icon and select User's Whitelist.



  4. Click Add. In the Email address field, type the domain that you want to add to the Whitelist. In the Name field, type SafeTitan
    • Turn On Whole domain
    • Click OK > OK to finish
    • Repeat step 4 for each of the domains listed below
