SafeTitan MSP Setup

Welcome to SafeTitan! An MSP Admin can follow the steps below to log in to the MSP Admin portal, manage customer accounts, create cyber security awareness campaigns and run reports.

Understanding AD Synchronization and Authentication.
Set Up your SafeTitan MSP Admin Portal.
Add your Customers.
Create a Customer Group.
Create a Phishing Campaign.
Create a Training Campaign.
Create Automatic Reports.
Schedule Report Summaries.
Manage Settings.

Once you log in, your landing page is the MSP Admin Dashboard from where all of the cyber security awareness-related tasks can be accessed.
