Select User Manager to do the following:

Go to Organisation Users to create a new user or a new admin and to promote a non-admin user to administrator.
From the Actions column, select the details , edit , or delete icons to perform additional actions.

Select Departments and Groups to create new departments and groups as well as to view existing ones.
From the Actions column, select the details , edit , or delete icons to perform additional actions.

You can add users in bulk with a CSV file by selecting Bulk User Import.
