C-Suite refers to executive titles in an organization, where C stands for "Chief", such as Chief Executive Officer or Chief Financial Officer. You can edit predefined C-Suite settings or create your own by following the steps below.
Edit C-Suite Settings
Go to Settings > C-Suite Settings.

In the list of C-Suite settings, go to the setting you want to modify and select the Edit icon in the row where it is located. The Edit icon is located under the Actions column.
You can also use the Search bar to enter the title you want to update, such CEO, CTO and so on.

In the window that opens, enter the first name and second name (that is, surname) and then select Save Setting.
