Update: 12:05 UTC on 08 September 2022 

The issue surrounding Microsoft’s outage globally appears to have been resolved yesterday evening (7th September).

It appears that that all portals are now back to normal, but we will continue to monitor our systems to ensure that all is well.

We are assessing the overall impact of this event and will update as required but for now, all systems are back online.

Currently many SafeTitan portals are down due to an on-going issue with Microsoft's Cosmos Database. 

These issues are additionally affecting a large number of Microsoft services worldwide currently.
