Why is Reports and Stats menu option not available?



You're system administrator has not provided you will the required access.

**An admin must provide this access following the below steps.


  1. Navigate to User Manager > Organisation Users

  2. Locate the User you wish to update

  3. Click Edit on the user (Green button under Actions)

  4. Click Edit Roles and Permissions

  5. Click Add Permission

  6. From the Drop select View Analytics

  7. And click Select

The permission has been added click Back to list
