How do I send a welcome email to users on my portal?
Prior to uploading users to your portal, you can activate a setting, which will send all new users a welcome email automatically.
New User auto send Welcome Email
- Navigate to Configuration > Organisation Settings > Welcome Email (first tab)
- Check Send Welcome Emails Immediately
- Click Save
Send Existing user a Welcome Email
- Navigate to User Manager > Organisation Users
- Search for the User
- Under the Actions column Click Details
- On the Pop Up Window click Resend Welcome Email
