How do I send a welcome email to users on my portal?


Prior to uploading users to your portal, you can activate a setting, which will send all new users a welcome email automatically.

New User auto send Welcome Email

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Organisation Settings > Welcome Email (first tab)
  2. Check Send Welcome Emails Immediately
  3. Click Save

Send Existing user a Welcome Email

  1. Navigate to User Manager > Organisation Users
  2. Search for the User
  3. Under the Actions column Click Details 
  4. On the Pop Up Window click Resend Welcome Email
