Phishing campaigns with reactive training provide the ability to identify and evaluate high-risk users and automatically enroll these users in phishing awareness training. If you enabled reactive training when you set up your phishing campaign, then these steps will help you to configure the training you want deliver.

Note

For your first phishing campaign, it is recommended that you do not enable Reactive Training.

  1. Follow the steps to Create a Phishing Campaign, and in the Campaign Options page, select Yes to enable Reactive Training.

  2. In the Reactive Training page, enter the Name of your training campaign. This will appear on your training campaign overview screen.

  3. Click Select Training to choose the Category and Course:

    1. Category: Select the training course by selecting the dropdown arrow in the Category section. The default is Email Security, but you can scroll through the list to find other topics, such as Mobile Device Security, Authentication and so on.

    2. Course: Next, choose a course related to your topic from the Course section, which automatically populates based on the topic you've chosen.

      Note

There are two types of training courses available, and these are indicated by the following icons:

      • The Video Training SFT-Video-Icon.jpg icon indicates that the training course is provided through video. If you select this, a Preview Video option appears so that you can view the video before selecting it.

      • The Interactive Training SFT-Interactive-Training-Icon.jpg icon means that interaction from the user is required, such as answering questions, navigating pages, and so on.

    3. Click Select to continue or Cancel to exit.
