PhishHuk Encountered an error while reporting this email

Summary

When users are reporting emails to PhishHuk on Outlook Client or OWA, they may experience the following error:

Error: PhishHuk Encountered and Error while reporting this email.

Cause

Users may experience this error due to slow network connection.

Fix

1. Navigate to PhishHuk on your portal
2. Navigate to the Settings tab
3. On the settings tab change the Process Timeout to be more than 5 secs.

Issue persists

If users continue to experience experience this issue, please submit a ticket to our support team, containing the following:

• Portal Address
• Users reporting the Email
• Date and Time of Reporting the email
• Screenshot of the error
