Note: Roles will encompass multiple Permissions, on screen prompt will display all permissions within a Role.

Roles:
OrgUser - Default Role for all users, allowing them to take training.
Phishing Manager - View and Edit all Phishing Campaigns on the portal
Phishing Viewer - Provide the admin access to view the campaigns created
Training Manager - View and Edit all Training Campaigns on the portal
Training Viewer - Provide the admin access to view the campaigns created
PII Data Viewer - allows the admin to see the names and emails of the users in the portal
Configuration Manager - Allows the admin to access the configuration menu item (SSO, Email settings, campaign specific settings)
User Manager - Allow to edit and create users groups/departments and access AD Sync Settings.
Audit Viewer - Allows admin to view the portal audit trail under Organization Manager
OU Manager - Allows admin to view the portal OU Designer under Organization Manager
Content Viewer - Allows admin access to the Content Preview menu item
Permissions: are the individual components of the above roles
Edit Training Campaigns - Create new and edit existing campaigns
View Training Campaigns - View created campaigns
Edit Phishing Campaigns - Create new and edit existing campaigns
View Phishing Campaigns - View created campaigns
Manage Configuration - Allows the admin to access the configuration menu item (SSO, Email settings, campaign specific settings)
View Content - Allows admin access to the Content Preview menu item
View Analytics - Allows the admin to access the Reports and Stats Menu Item
Edit Groups - Create new and edit existing Groups
View Groups - View existing groups
Edit Users - Create new and edit existing Users

Take Training - Allows users to take training
