Why are users not receiving responses from PhishHuk/SoardPhish?

 

Answer

For the system to send response you must populate the Email response to Reporting User is from: setting under reporting.



How To

To change the Dashboard view follow the below steps:


  1. Navigate to PhishHuk
  2. At the top of the Screen select Settings
  3. Select the Reporting tab
  4. then click Update
